Saint Luke is committed to making a difference for immigrantans and refugees. We are working alongside the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS), The ELCA’s Accompanying Migrant Minors with Protection, Advocacy, Representation and Opportunities program (AMMPARO), and the Southwestern Texas Synod to provide necessary resources and relief.

Learn more about They Are Us from our Third Thursday Discussion with Pastor Stephen Bouman and special guests. This discussion chronicles the history of immigration and Lutheranism, as well as the current difficulties facing immigrants and refugees today. Within the presentation are multiple action steps for assisting those in need. Throughout, Pastor Bouman discusses the newest edition of They Are Us with special guests.
